A ONE-DAY WORKSHOP An Actors Workshop -- The Art of Improvisation Room 36, Thomson Hall, Wilson College Saturday, March 13, 1:00 - 5:00 PM For teens and adults Improvisation ("acting without a script") is an exciting and highly useful skill for any type of performer. Made popular by the television show "Whose Line is it Anyway," improvisation is ideal for any person interested in increasing their acting, communication, listening and public speaking skills. This workshop will introduce participants to improvisation techniques, exercises and games. Laughs are guaranteed! Instructor: Jenny Kreyl Fee: $35 Jenny Kreyl is a member of the summer CVSM faculty, having worked with our Voice & Drama Camps and Spotlights Shakespeare Camp for many years, and we are also proud to claim her as an alumna of CVSM, where she took voice lessons for many years and participated as a student in one of the camps she now helps direct. She is the Director of Drama at Renaissance Academy Charter School in suburban Philadelphia. She holds a BA in Theatre from Temple University and a Master of Education from Arcadia University. She is the creator and director of LOL, a performance touring improvisational troupe.
