CVSM Cumberbunds Children's Chorus to Perform on April 29

The Cumberland Valley School of Music will present our children's chorus, the Cumberbunds, in a recital on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 7 PM at Thomson Alumnae Chapel, located on the Wilson College campus, 1015 Philadelphia Ave., Chambersburg.  The concert will include songs from the Broadway show George M and other popular American songs.
                                                                                                        
Director of The Cumberbunds, Jeffrey Noll, has directed the children's chorus for 15 years.  His focus is to develop a child's natural singing voice, introducing the students to part singing as well as simple choreography in an educational and enjoyable atmosphere.  The Cumberbunds perform each semester at CVSM, as well as at several community-wide events. The group is comprised of area children in fourth through eighth grades. 

Refreshments will be served following the concert and admission is free to the public.
